Our current service is intended for customers in the United States. Prices are shown in US dollars. Customers can place orders directly through our website. United States shipping is free. No card details or online payment are collected during checkout.

Products and orders

Product listings are not a guarantee of stock. Submitting checkout records an unpaid order for manual confirmation, not confirmation of shipment or payment. The displayed amount covers merchandise and free US shipping, before any applicable taxes. We confirm availability, applicable taxes, the final amount and delivery arrangements before requesting payment. Orders remain on hold until separately confirmed and paid. You may cancel an unpaid order by contacting us. We do not substitute products or increase the final amount without your agreement.

We aim to describe products accurately. Screen colors can differ and ceramics may vary in glaze and finish. Ask us about dimensions, capacity, care or suitability before purchase if these details are important to you. If a material error is discovered, we contact you before accepting the order and offer the choice to cancel.
