Free US shipping and order confirmation

Place an order directly through our online cart and checkout. Shipping within the United States is free, with no minimum order. We do not accept international delivery addresses.

Checkout submits an unpaid order; no card details are requested and no payment is collected. We confirm stock availability, dispatch location, handling time, estimated transit time and any applicable taxes before arranging payment. The amount displayed at checkout is the merchandise subtotal with free shipping, before any applicable taxes. Orders remain on hold until separately confirmed and paid. We do not ship unconfirmed or unpaid orders.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. If shipment is delayed beyond the agreed date, we will contact you with a revised date and the option to cancel unshipped merchandise for a full refund. Tracking information is provided when available.

30-day returns

Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase. Email us first for return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send goods to an unconfirmed address.

For change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays return shipping. We charge no restocking fee and do not deduct a delivery fee from a refund where free outbound shipping was provided. Use protective packaging and keep proof of return shipment.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Include your order number, a description, and photographs where available. Keep the item and packaging while we resolve the issue. We cover reasonable return shipping for damaged, faulty or incorrect goods and arrange a replacement, subject to availability, or a refund. We will not require you to handle unsafe broken ceramics.

Refunds and exchanges

After receiving and inspecting an approved return, we notify you of the outcome and initiate approved refunds to the original payment method within 5 business days. Bank processing may take additional time. No store-credit-only refunds. Exchanges depend on stock; contact us before returning a piece. Cancelling an unpaid order does not create a refund because no payment has been collected.

Cancellations and missing parcels

Contact us promptly to cancel an unpaid order or request cancellation before dispatch. After dispatch, the return process applies. For a missing parcel, confirm the delivery address and contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. These policies do not limit rights that apply under state or federal law.
